Perhaps one of the most difficult chapters for anyone in dealing with a condition is the issue of confinement, especially for loved ones, elderly or children. At Lydia Rehabilitation Center, the environment, people, medical care and nursing care all contribute to exemplary hospitality.
Our aim is for you to enjoy all the security and support you need, for you and your family to feel that even if you don’t live under the same roof, you live together, you stay together.
At the Lydia Rehabilitation Centre, inpatients are treated in state-of-the-art wards, organised according to the strictest international standards.
All rooms (triple, double, single - suites) are equipped with electric beds of innovative design for increased mobility, nurse call system and spacious bathrooms with special specifications for people with mobility difficulties. In addition, they offer comfortable accommodation, as they have a TV, individual refrigerator and telephone and free internet access via Wi-Fi.
Guests may not stay beyond visiting hours except in single rooms and not beyond 21:00. If you are staying in a single room and wish to have a relative stay overnight, please inform the head of the hospital in good time, who will also inform you about the charge for overnight accommodation and/or meals for a companion.
The Lydia Rehabilitation Centre has a fully equipped Intensive Care Unit (ICU), which consists of 5 beds and 24-hour medical and nursing supervision. Patients who are not required to be in an ICU, i.e. who have overcome the initial risk to their life, but who still require increased care and treatment as their condition is not suitable for them to be in a regular clinical ward, are treated in the ICU.
The Intensive Care Unit is equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment and patients are constantly monitored with monitors to record their vital signs.
