HYDROTHERAPY

The application of water as a therapeutic agent constitutes one of the main components in the field of rehabilitation. Exercising in water, also known as hydrotherapy, is based on the water principles and properties which include buoyancy, hydrostatic pressure, water resistance and temperature.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

The field of Physiotherapy is concerned with the rehabilitation, evaluation, and maintenance of the patients' physical functions. Through physical therapy, we are able to restore natural body functions that may be disrupted in case of injuries and other damage to the musculoskeletal system

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

At the Euromedica-Lyudia Occupational Therapy department, our goal is to help the patient return to his/her everyday life and facilitate his/her reintegration into the family, social and work environment.

CHILD TREATMENT

In an independent, specially designed environment of our center, we created the pediatric department, in order to cover the treatment needs of age groups ranging from the infancy and up to the teenage years

SPEECH THERAPY

The speech therapy department constitutes an integral part of the rehabilitation process and its goal is to integrate individuals with communication and ingestion difficulties after stroke, traumatic brain injury, etc., into an appropriate treatment program.

DIET & NUTRITION

Nutrition is key to restoring health. At the Euromedica-Lydia Center, we begin with an initial assessment of each patient's dietary history and we continue with the setting of specific goals in cooperation with the Physiatrist and Nutritionist

PSYCHOLOGIST

Psychological support is intended to help the patient develop his/her inner strength and potential, understand the situation he/she is in, and address and effectively deal with the emotions that arise

The social worker acts as a channel of communication between the family environment and the staff, regarding the patients' needs or the resolution of various obstacles that may arise during the rehabilitation stage
