Taking information about the family and social environment, it aims at the smooth adaptation of the patient to the <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>Rehabilitation Center.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1 just\"><span class=\"s1\">The social worker acts as a channel of communication between<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>the family environment and staff, about their needs or the resolution of various obstacles<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>that will arise during the rehabilitation stage.
